Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Biscotti di Debora, every cake and pastry is freshly handcrafted to order. Because of the care and planning that goes into each creation, we have specific timelines for cancellations and amendments to ensure we can accommodate every customer fairly.

Celebration Cakes, Petits Fours & Cupcakes

We require a minimum of two working days’ notice for any cancellations or amendments to Celebration Cakes, Petits Fours, and Cupcake orders.

• Cancellations made at least two working days before the scheduled collection or delivery date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations received within two working days of your order date cannot be refunded, as production will already be underway.

Wedding Cakes

Due to the bespoke nature and detailed preparation involved in our wedding cakes, we require a minimum of four weeks’ notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations made more than four weeks before the agreed delivery or collection date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made after this date may be subject to cancellation and administrative fees.

• Cancellations within ten working days of the scheduled delivery or collection date will not be refunded, as materials and labour will have been committed.

Amendments

We will always do our best to accommodate amendments to your order, provided sufficient notice is given and the changes are feasible. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss any adjustments.

How to Cancel or Amend

To request a cancellation or amendment, please contact us directly via email or telephone, quoting your order reference and delivery date. We will confirm receipt of your request and process eligible refunds promptly.
